@langune at the Expolangues International Language and Culture Fair in Paris

This fair is designed to promote the learning of languages, defend multilingualism and develop international communication. So, Expolangues (http://www.expolangues.fr/indexELgb.html), is a unique event and this year 80 languages will be gathered and 24000 visitors are expected

Expolangues is one of the most important language and Culture Fair in Europe and this year will be held from the 6th to the 9th of February. The Basque language will once again be featured at Expolangues thanks to the Etxepare Basque Institute @etxepareEU

The Institute’s Stand will be the number 19 and  The Azkue Foundation @AzkueFundazioa and @langune will also have the opportunity to disseminate their materials in the fair.

Aizpea Goneaga, Director of the Etxepare Basque Institute and Mari Jose Olaziregi, Director for the Promotion and Difussion of the Basque language will be at the fair, along with some of the representatives of the Azkue Foundation and LANGUNE; Josune Ariztondo and Miren Dobaran (Bizkaiko Foru aldundia and Azkue Foundation), Fernando Alana (LANGUNE), Miren Azkarate and Pello Salaburu (EHU Basque Institute), Joseba Ossa (Bakun Itzulpen eta Argitalpen Zerbitzuak) and Itziar Nogueras and Elena Garcia (Elhuyar Foundation / Eleka).

The interested ones will have the opportunity to receive more information about the Basque language, due to the fact that in our stand we will have different materials as books, dictionaries, catalogues about Basque resources and information about the Badu,Bada exhibition #badubada

ElhuyarAholkularitza will take part in the EPIC (Enhancing and Promoting International Business Communication) project to analyse the situation of language management in SMEs. The aim is to help businesses identify and resolve the communication problems that arise during the course of their everyday activities. Langune will be working as one of the external validators
