The Elhuyar Foundation gains the UNE quality certificate for translation services
The Elhuyar Foundation’s Language Services Department has passed all the tests required to gain the UNE EN-15038 quality certificate.
The Elhuyar Foundation’s Language Services Department, one of the members of Langune, has recently been awarded the EN-15038 quality certificate.
“One of the Elhuyar Foundation’s ever-present objectives is to provide customers with high-quality services, and this certificate attests to the level of service provided to date.”
A quality management system requires, among others:
- Resource management
- Query management and analysis
- Documentation control
- Customer satisfaction
