The Gipuzkoa Chamber awards the cooperative MLAKoop the Gipuzkoa Business Prize 2024

The cooperative MLAKoop, a LANGUNE member, has received the Services Company Award 2024 from the Gipuzkoa Chamber of Commerce.

In the ceremony the Gipuzkoa Chamber presented the Gipuzkoa Business Award to the LANGUNE member MLAKoop, the company resulting from the merger between Mondragon Lingua and Alecop.

MLAKoop is the result of the merger between the companies Mondragon Lingua and Alecop.
MLAKoop is located in Arrasate-Mondragon; it has expertise in tailored solutions, services and products for companies in the field of training and language services. With a workforce of 320 people and a turnover of more than 20 million euros, this cooperative operates on a global and internationalised market. It has a network of 3,000 collaborating translators for its language services, of whom 300 are regular partners and who have the capacity to work in 50 languages. It has branches in the Basque Country, Madrid and New York. In addition, it offers classroom-based training to more than 10,000 students in academies across the Basque Country or in online formats. It manages training for the University of Mexico with more than 400 teachers and 3,000 students, and develops projects on teaching equipment and training consultation for organisations in various countries, in particular in Latin America and Morocco, as well as for private companies locally.
